I can not get the tags to connect all it says is disconnect. I’m returning them.

This thing eats the battery. Put in brand new Duracell less than 12 hours ago and now it’s half depleted.

I purchased trackers off of Temu and this app was the one required for use. The tracker was made to work with both Apple & Android. I have bought another tracker off Temu made to just work with iPhone and it could do everything an Air tag could do. Not this one. It only works with this app, and there is no option to share its location or to link it with other tracking apps so it useless as a tracker to find lost luggage because even if someone had this app on their phone it wouldn’t help with locating it. Unlike the iPhone Find my device you can’t report an item lost so others can see it. It just allows you to play a sound, but that would only work if you were in Bluetooth range. If you only need an app to locate misplaced car keys left around the house then this app will work for that.

After setting it up with the extremely confusing directions the tag has not connected since October (it’s February at the time I’m writing this) now I have lost my keys because I trusted this to be able to find them. Do not waste your time with this it is completely useless!

WHY did Apple allow this app WITHOUT an English Translation- This is SUPPOSED to be an English- speaking Nation? Apple elsewhere ? Not my problem- use THEIR language if you wish

It offers a few sound options. I chose one, but when I pressed the button the default sounded.

I lose things in my house a lot. Using this happens me find them much faster.

Put connected tag on dog not even half way down driveway tag disconnected. Pointless! Does not do as promised save your money find better product. ZERO STARS!!!!

Bought these tags at Menards for use to keep track of keys and such, but the app here doesn’t even work at all sou will never know if they actually work! Waste of time and money.

In settings, I toggled off the alarm when disconnected, however the device still alarms. This feature is not working correctly for me.

Whenever the device is disconnected, it just keeps beeping even if you turn beep off in the app. So annoying!

Bought 4, one for my keys, wallet, guitar etc. so far works well!

I was trying to save some money for not having to buy an AirTag. I now regret it. This app doesn’t even work. The device is right next to my phone and it won’t stay connected. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell stuff like this on the App Store.

Trackers constantly beep, even with do not disturb on.

Very basic. If you lose your device, you will not be able to find its exact location within a room or a building. It will only show you the location shown on a street map not within a building or a room. It is not good for finding the exact location. you can sound the phone, but only if the phone has the app open when you lose the phone. It does work as a remote camera button, but only within the isearch app not within iPhone camera app. The isearch camera app is extremely limited two basic camera functions and video functions. These tags are best suited for finding where you may have parked your car, but nothing more. I would not recommend purchasing these devices.

Can’t read the instructions 😡😡😡😡

Device pairs but then drops rendering the tracking device useless. Support is nonexistent for English speaking users.

As previously stated in another review, what good is it if it loses its connection when you need to find the object? Don’t put it on what you hold most precious, dog,cat, key etc, it will be gone.

Would not connect despite trying multiple times, waste of money.

I’m gonna be honest. This took me days to get it connected after trial and error. I realized that the battery that came in the tracker was dying. Once I changed it with a brand new battery, I could hear the beeping when I would push the button and the device connected immediately. Overall, I would change the battery as soon as you get it to ensure that it is a good battery.

I can’t even get it to connect with Bluetooth to work at all. I bought these to put with my granddaughter as we go out for outdoor activities now that her sister is in high school. Wish I’d never bought it

Each tracker literally worked once and never works again. This is the most useless piece of crap sold. Save your money!!!!!

Only works to a range of 75-80 feet. Useless to track pets.

This app has the worst UI since the launch of the App Store. Also extremely limited functionality.

Cannot add a device to be able to track. Makes the device totally worthless now. Please fix!!!

6/11/24 So far, the app does not work as described in the microscopic instruction sheet which comes with the device. Can’t add a device - the Add process does NOTHING. Why are the instructions printed so small, to save 1 more leaf of paper? DEVELOPERS: are you reading these reviews? The general consensus is that your app is trash, or the device is trash; or both. The more people buy this, the more you look like a joke.

Don’t use this, I tried turning it on to use it and it wouldn’t even turn on.

This app is terrible the devices I bought are useless now, it doesn’t open anything when I click the add button.

It’s only connect with bluetooth there’s no gps

Absolutely garbage don’t recommend

I will be deleting this. Apple should never allow an app of such poor quality on its platforms. We pay way too much money for our phones to be offered such a poor product. I’m beyond words.

It gets stuck in the “connecting” stage and never actually connects.

In the manual for the tag, it says you can change maps to Google maps, but I’m stuck with Apple Maps and no option of changing. Also says that you can set timer for camera and this is also not an option. I don’t see anywhere I can set an alarm and not sure what the “Do not disturb” hours are for exactly, but overall this is a decent device. An Apple AirTag is probably a better option, but I’m using this mostly as a remote for my phone to take photos and it serves that purpose well. As a tag for your belongings, you’re probably better off with something else that doesn’t constantly disconnect, has better range, and better battery life.

It worked ... then stopped Having a time trying to connect again and I can't get it too... soo annoying , I don't even get the settings on the app any longer

I put the tag on my keys and keep getting notifications that they are out of range randomly even when I’m in range. Not worth the money even at that price

I have 2 devices and they don’t show location. Useless..

This is not a good tracker its literally telling me my cat is in some other place and he’s right next to me with the tracker it would not even work the app is not good I do not recommend.

it only connects when it’s right by you. and should never disconnect. i’m supposed to find my dog not loose him

Either the hardware is junk or this app is junk. Probably made the same people. Completely useless. Can find and can’t connect. First time it worked but when you need to reconnect when you actually lose your keys. It doesn’t work. Simply a waste of money and time

Stopped working right away. Don’t bother !
